For the past decade, Nicole Johnson has specialized in implementing systems to scale efficiencies and profitability within private businesses. Her first experience in the franchise space came in 2012 when she joined a health and wellness concept. During her time there, Nicole advanced to District and Regional Manager, overseeing multiple locations across Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. She played a key role in launching new stores, revitalizing underperforming locations, training teams, and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention and revenue. Now based in Boise, Idaho, Nicole enjoys life with Patrick and their Yorkie mix, Gilbert. In her free time, you can find her hiking the Idaho foothills, getting in a good workout, enjoying brunch with an espresso martini in hand, or traveling and adventuring with Patrick and Gilbert—always seeking new experiences and creating memorable moments.
