She is recognized for her structured, relationship-driven approach and her ability to create clarity and alignment throughout the franchise journey. Dana’s background allows her to anticipate candidate needs, guide thoughtful conversations, and foster confidence at each step of the process.

Outside of work, Dana enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, children, and daughter-in-law, along with her two Golden Retrievers, Waffles and Whiskey. She loves being on Lake Norman, staying active through workouts, and cheering on her favorite teams during NFL Sundays and NASCAR race weekends.
