Debbie Kurland began her franchising career over seven years ago with Franchise FastLane. Starting in Sales Support, she quickly advanced into leadership as Sales Support Manager, before transitioning into her current role as HR & Administrative Manager. Debbie is widely respected for her thoughtful communication style, talent for building strong relationships, and dedication to cultivating a positive, people-first workplace culture.

Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Debbie now calls Omaha home, where she lives with her husband, Paul, and their beloved Aussie Doodle, Marley. She enjoys staying active: playing pickleball, working out at the gym, or taking long walks with Marley. She and Paul also love to travel, especially to sunny, welcoming destinations where they can relax and recharge.

Debbie is a proud mom to two grown sons and cherishes her role as "Nana" to her two grandchildren.
