With more than five years of sales experience, including three years in franchising, she supports candidate qualification, sales coordination, and relationship building to ensure a seamless, well-aligned experience for prospective franchise owners.

Outside of work, Kara enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, Jordan, their daughter, Camden, and their border collie lab, Paxton. She also stays active through workouts, golfing, and sand volleyball.
