Before stepping into franchise ownership, Kristina served as a Military Police Officer in Alaska with the U.S. Air Force, where she developed a strong appreciation for structure and systems—an approach she now applies to optimizing business operations. She later transitioned into the creative industry, working as a Web and Graphic Designer for Discovery, Inc. (now Warner Bros. Discovery), refining her technical and visual design skills. A passionate advocate for continuous learning and process improvement, Kristina thrives on finding innovative solutions that drive efficiency and success. Kristina lives on the Tennessee-Georgia border with her husband, an experienced franchise operations professional, their two teenagers and two beloved doodles. Outside of work, she enjoys creating art, traveling, and diving into a good book.
